Professional Boundaries

Our massage therapists are licensed professionals who adhere to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. To ensure a respectful and comfortable environment for both clients and therapists, we maintain strict professional boundaries:

Scope of Practice: Our services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any requests for services outside of our professional scope, including but not limited to sexual services or "happy endings," are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session. The client will be asked to leave, and further actions may be taken, including banning from future appointments and possible reporting to authorities.

Respectful Communication: We encourage open communication regarding pressure, areas of focus, and any discomfort during the massage. However, all communication should remain respectful and relevant to the service provided.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Client privacy and confidentiality are paramount. Personal and health information will be handled with the utmost respect and discretion.

Right to Refuse Service: Our therapists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any behavior deemed inappropriate or if the therapist feels unsafe or disrespected in any manner.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your session on time.

Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
